Acumatica: Sales Order
Sales Orders within Acumatica represent an inbound Purchase Order (850) sent by your Trading Partners.
Exporting a Purchase Order
Whenever you receive an inbound Purchase Order (850) into the Inbox of Transaction Manager you will need to Export it out in order for it to make it into Acumatica as a Sales Order.
Navigate: Transactions → Inbox
Select: Desired Transaction
Select: Export
Finding the Sales Order
Once the Purchase Order (850) has been successfully exported into Acumatica creating the Sales Order you can use the Integration Activity screen to view the Sales Order Number that was assigned during its creation by viewing the Document # column.
Navigate: System Activity → Integration Activity
Locate: Document #
Acumatica
Once you have the Sales Order Number notated you can go into the Sales Order screen within Acumatica to find the created Sales Order.
Navigate: Sales Orders → Transactions → Sales Orderse
Locate: Sales Order via Order Nbr. Column
