Error: The specified inventory ID or alternate ID "[InventoryID] " cannot be found in the system.
Issue: When attempting to export out an inbound Purchase Order (850) from the Inbox of Transaction Manager you receive the following errors: 'The specified inventory ID or alternate ID "[InventoryID] " cannot be found in the system.'
Reason: The Inventory Item Code sent from Transaction Manager did not match any Inventory IDs within Acumatica.
Solution - Correct the Item Catalog
If the Inventory ID specified within the error message is not an Acumatica Item Code - then you will need to update your Item Catalog to ensure that the system translates the Primary Item Field being utilized by your Trading Partner is translated into the Inventory ID used by Acumatica.
Navigate: Trading Partners β (Partner) β Translations β Item Catalog
Find/Add: Trading Partner's Item Code in 2nd Column (Primary Item Field)
