Error: Customer does not exist in Acumatica!

Issue: When attempting to export out a Purchase Order (850) from the Inbox of Transaction Manager you receive the following errors: 'Customer does not exist in Acumatica!'
Reason: The Trading Partner Partner Setup value does not match an existing Customer ID within Acumatica.
Solution - Correct the Partner Setup
You will need to ensure that the Customer ID from your Account Receivable customer within Acumatica matches the Business System Code within the Partner Setup within Transaction Manager.
Acumatica
Navigate: Receivables β Customers
Copy: Customer ID
Transaction Manager
Navigate: Trading Partners β (Partner) β Translations
Select: Partner List
Select: Add Partner
Paste: Customer ID
Save
