Error: Refresh Token failed
Issue: Attempting to perform an integrated activity such as Import/Export/Sync results in the error 'Refresh Token failed'
Reason: The connection between Transaction Manager and QuickBooks Online has expired and was unable to automatically refresh.
Solution - Reauthenticate Connection
You'll need to reauthenticate the QuickBooks Online connection within Transaction Manager by logging back in
Navigate: Integration Settings
Select: Connect to QuickBooks
Login: With your QuickBooks credentials
