Error: Error on Invalid QuickBooks Document in the lookup table
Issue: When attempting to export out an inbound Purchase Order (850) from a Trading Partner you receive the error: 'Error on Invalid QuickBooks Document in the lookup table'
Reason: You've configured the "Export PO As" with an incorrect value
Solution - Correct the Export As Partner Table
Navigate: Trading Partners → (Partner) → Translations → Lookups
Adjust: QB Document to one of the following values:
Document Type | Export PO As Value |
Sales Order | SalesOrder |
Sales Receipt | SalesReceipt |
Estimate | Estimate |
Invoice | Invoice |
