At times you may run into an issue with your Acumatica connection to Transaction Manager that requires deeper investigation than the Transaction Manager Cloud Log can provide.
Built into Acumatica is a Trace Log that can help point us into the right direction.
Getting a Trace Log
Your Trace Log within Acumatica will record all sorts of data as you interact with it, in order to properly capture the data with the TrueCommerce Integration you'll want to make sure that the action you're performing that produces an error is the last thing that you do.
Perform the action you were having issues with (such as an Import or an Export) from Transaction Manager and then switch back to Acumatica and navigate to the Trace Log to have the page capture the most recent error.

Saving the Log
If you would like to save the Log Page you can Right-Click the page and select Save As... to produce a copy of the HTML Page to be sent to our team
Right Click β Save As
Once saved you'll find an HTML file as well a folder with the same name. Simply bundle those files together and send them to our team to review.
