If you're looking to update your TrueCommerce Customization for Acumatica we can provide you with the latest update, but we'll first need to know your Acumatica version and build so that we can provide the appropriate files to you to pass along to your VAR.
Finding the Acumatica Version/Building
One of the easiest ways to access your Acumatica version for your system - is at the Login page. You can find the version (in this example: 2021 R2) and the build (21.221.0019) at the bottom of the login panel.
Please provide TrueCommerce with this information whenever requesting a new Customization update so that we can provide you with the latest version appropriate for your version and build.
