Note: Installation of the TrueCommerce Customization is the responsibility of your VAR - while TrueCommerce can provide the installation files, TrueCommerce does not assist in installation of the Customization. Please contact your VAR for any issues.


Installing/Updating the Customization


Whether you're installing the TrueCommerce Customization for the first time or updating an existing build you simply need to take the TrueCommerce provided Customization (formatted in a .zip file) and upload it into your Customization Projects page.

Customization Upload

Fresh Install


Navigate: More Items → Customizations → Customization Projects

Select: Import → Choose File

Upload: TrueCommerce Extension (.zip) provide by TrueCommerce

Updating Existing Customization


Navigate: More Items → Customizations → Customization Projects

Check: The TCTRUECOMMERCE Customization

Select: Import → Replace Highlighted Project Customization (may need to select the 3-dotted menu button for expanded options)

Upload: TrueCommerce Extension (.zip) provided by TrueCommerce.


Publishing


Once you've installed/updated the TrueCommerce Customization - you'll need to publish it successfully in order to let the system compile the changes and push it into your Acumatica system.

Check: TrueCommerce Customization

Select: Publish → Publish to Multiple Tenants (if available)

Compilation

Once you've selected Publish - the system will begin Compiling.

If your compilations was successful - you should be provided with an end message indicating success similar to the image here

Additional Assistance


If for any reason for TrueCommerce Customization did not successfully compile - please contact your VAR as this is beyond TrueCommerce support.
