Issue: Attempting to export/import results in Transaction Manager just spinning for a long period of time. Eventually the error 'The server did not provide a meaningful reply; this might be caused by a contract mismatch, a premature session shutdown or an internal server error.' is reported
Reason: The Server hosting Dynamics GP is taking a very long time to respond - if at all.
Note: It may take a while for Transaction Manager to report the error - as this is due to the system's connection being valid, but the response from the server being so slow that it's not getting all the data back before a timeout occurs.
Solution - Contact IT Department
You'll need to contact your IT Department. The connection is being established, however limited, either a failing eConnect service or potentially some server interruption is occurring preventing Transaction Manager from receiving a response.
TrueCommerce will not be able to resolve this issue as this is an issue with the environment.
