The Quick Fix
Take the ID provided within the Error Message and add it to the Location Cross-Reference
1251 Added as a new Location Cross-Reference
ID Blank?
If the ID is being referenced is blank, this implies there was no code sent over with the qualifier (in this example, ST) that was found. Either the Partner did not send anything, or the integration layer needs to update where to pull the code from.
