Issue: Whenever attempting to Import/Export or Sync to your Dynamics GP with Transaction Manager you an error indicating a network related or instance-specific error occurred and Transaction Manager was not able to connect to your SQL Server
Reason: Transaction Manager was not able to connect to your SQL Server - typically due to a blocked connection, outtage, or incorrect configuration with your SQL Server
Solution
SQL Settings - Transaction Manager
Ensure the settings for your SQL Server are correct and verified within Transaction Manager
Navigate: Business System β (Company Name) β Company Configuration β Integration Options
Fill: Server, User, Password and GP Company Database for the SQL Server settings
Restart SQL Server

Blocked Ports/Data
Please be sure that any modifications recently made for security is not blocking traffic from TrueCommerce
