If you're importing an Item Fulfillment to create an outbound Advance Ship Notice (856) into Transaction Manager but open it to find that all of your Items and their corresponding Packs are missing there's a good change that the fulfillment within NetSuite did not properly send over the package details which the system needs in order to generate the proper structure (SOPI, SOIP, etc.) needed by your Trading Partner.

Note: If your ASN Type under the TC - EDI tab is marked as No Pack - then there is no need to package your items under the TC - Package Contents since it contains no packing information.

Solution - Pack Your Fulfillment


You'll want to properly ensure that the TC - Package Contents tab has all the proper information filled out. If this tab is empty, or your items are missing from this tab then Transaction Manager will be unable to produce any items within your Advance Ship Notice.

Navigate: Transactions β†’ Order Management β†’ Fulfill Orders β†’ List

Select: Item Fulfillment β†’ TC - Package Contents

Item Fulfillment - TC Package Contents

Solution - Pacjet Packaging


If you're utilizing the Pacjet solution (you can check the ASN Type under the TC - EDI tab) then you'll need to package your Items within their respective module.

If you're having issues with packaging Pacjet fulfillments - please contact Pacjet support as this outside of TrueCommerce support.
