Product: Shipping Module

Error: FindTransactionMap Could not locate required map


Issue: When attempting to perform a Ship Import into your Outbox you receive the error: 'FindTransactionMap Could not locate required map'

Reason: One or more of your Transactions within your Outbox needs to be upgraded and the Ship Import functionality is not able to open the transaction in order to update the fields.

Solution


You'll need to upgrade any Transactions sitting within your Outbox.

Outbox - Transactions Needing Upgraded

Navigate: Transactions β†’ Outbox

Select: Any Transaction marked with the Yellow Exclamation symbol.

Select: Options β†’ Upgrade β†’ Standard/Async

Once all Transactions are upgraded (regardless of partner/type) you can now try to import your
