Error: unable to locate suitable import format for xxxxx
Issue: Whenever you attempt to import a flat file into the Transaction Manager Outbox, you receive the error 'unable to locate suitable import format for xxxxx'.
Reason: The transaction imported was identified but your Import Document Type was not set within Transaction Manager, leaving the transaction on where to go
Solution
Set the Import Document Type for your transaction.
Navigate: Trading Partners β (Partner) β Preferences β Transactions β Integration
Set: Import Document Type
NOTE: Be sure to also activate your transaction if it Is not already by first saving the document type, then double-clicking on the transaction type itself to see the Activate option.
