Product: Transaction Manager
The Import Document Type is a setting that “tells” Transaction Manager what transaction is being imported from your ERP/accounting system. To set the Import Document Type:
Click Trading Partners.
Select the Trading Partner from the list.
Click Preferences in the Action Bar and select Transactions.
Click Integration under Transaction Setup.
Find the transaction that you’re trying to import under the Transaction Type column and select the document type from the dropdown under the Import Document Type column. For example, if you're importing an Invoice, choose Invoice from the dropdown list.
Click Save in the Action Bar.
Sometimes there is more than one choice for one transaction type. If you're not sure, contact your assigned Implementation Specialist or TrueCommerce Support.
Only transactions available within your specific ERP will be available in the dropdown.
