While documents can individually be set as Cloud or Local based on your needs - a general way to see if you're leveraging a Cloud FTP is simply to log into Transaction Manager and see if your system has Cloud Access panel.

Navigate: Transaction Manager → Business System → (Company) → Cloud Access

Note: if present - this simply means at one point your system has been deployed with Cloud FTP enabled for a transaction

Workflows

Cloud FTP Bridge works off of Workflows which sets the direction in which the data processes, typically there is one for Outbound documents (Uploading to the FTP from your ERP) and one for Inbound (receiving documents from Transaction Manager)
