If you are selecting your store design template or have opted to sync the design of your store to your existing website (“site sync”), we offer some design choices as they relate to features in the Nexternal platform. For example, you may choose a template or a site sync with an always-onscreen cart or a collapsible cart, you may choose the placement of various elements on the page, make navigation choices, product display choices, and some special choices specific to merchants that offer clubs.

For template store designs, your TrueCommerce Nexternal Representative (Store Design Manager) will provide your design choices plus a comprehensive list of included and excluded modification requests. For website sync designs, your Store Design Manager will take a look at your current website design and will ask any questions required. In both design cases, your Store Design Manager will make recommendations for optimal usability and effectiveness.

Please download and review the Merchant Choices for Store Design document in preparation for your discussion with your Store Design Manager.

To view a gallery of select live client stores, please download this .pdf file. Once downloaded you may click on each logo to open and view the related store.

For a complete description of the store design process and any related fees, we recommend that you also review this article.
