The Integration Service sits locally on your computer to enable Transaction Manager to communicate directly to your accounting system and to other solutions, such as on-premise labeling. If you're not familiar with what the Integration Service is, check out this article to learn more.

โ€‹Not everyone needs the Integration Service or uses it. So how do you know if you are using the Integration Service?

Option 1: Check the system tray icon..
Each computer that either prints labels or integrates (import/export) with your account system can be checked by looking at the system tray (near the clock) to find the below icon. ย 

If the icon highlighted above is located in your system tray, you have the TrueCommerce Integration Service installed and running.

Option 2: Check your installed programs
Go to the add/remove programs option of your computer to see if the application TrueCommerce Integration Service is installed.
