Acumatica - [ERROR] User ID and Password can not be null. Please add.

Error: User ID and Password can not be null. Please add.


Issue: When attempting to perform an Import, Export, Sync you receive the following errors: 'User ID and Password can not be null. Please add.'

Reason: Transaction Manager is configured to utilize a standard Username/Password but either the User ID or Password field within the Integration Options is blank.

Solution - Enter a Username or Password


You can configure the User Credentials that Transaction Manager will use to perform integrated actions through the Integration Options found under the Business System settings.

Navigate: Business System β†’ (Company Name) β†’ Company Configuration

Select: Integration Options

Fill: User ID

Fill: Password
