Product: Acumatica

Issue: When attempting to perform an Import operation from within the Transaction Manager Outbox you receive the following errors: 'The Framework Search List failed to be retrieved. One or more errors occurred.'

Reason: Transaction Manager failed to properly connect to Acumatica, or the user logged in was denied access.

Solution - Log Back into Acumatica

A common reason for this error is that the User that Transaction Manager utilizes for Authorization into Acumatica is no valid or is incorrect. You'll want to ensure that the User Credentials utilized within Transaction Manager are correct.

OAuthentication

If within your Integration Options you have Enable OAuth checked you will want to enter your User Credentials through the Integration Settings screen instead which will allow you to log in through the recommended OAuth server rather than storing your credentials within Transaction Manager.

Navigate: Business System → (Company) → Company Configuration

Select: Integration Options

Check: Enable OAuth

Navigate: Integration Settings

Select: Sign In

Users Logged in via OAuth have an Expiration Period (Typically 30 Days). This period is automatically refreshed upon use - however long periods of inactivity between Transaction Manager and Acumatica may result in the OAuth expiring requiring logging in again

User ID / Password

If Enable OAuth is unchecked within Transaction Manager then the system is utilizing a standard Username/Password configuration and you will need to ensure that both the User ID and the Password field found under the Integration Options is correctly set.

Navigate: Business System → (Company) → Company Configuration

Select: Integration Options

Update: User ID & Password

Save

Browser Password Managers can often auto-insert a bad password into this field when making changes to other settings which then result in the correct password being overwritten unknowingly.

Solution - Correct the Server URL Settings

You will need to ensure that the Server URL and the Company Name are properly configured to point to your Acumatica hosted server as well as confirm the spelling of the Company Name within Acumatica.

Navigate: Business System → (Company) → Company Configuration

Select: Integration Options

Confirm: Server URL & Company Name

Server URL

Your Server URL would be the Public Accessible URL provided to you by Acumatica or by your Value Added Reseller (VAR) if being locally hosted.

Company Name

This is the Company Name found within Acumatica and is specific to the Company that you are utilizing TrueCommerce/EDI Integrations with.

Be sure to enable 'Multiple Company' if Acumatica has been configured with more than one.
