User Usage Data contains the Personalization's and Preferences for your forms, window sizes, grid settings, navigation history, and more for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
You may need to clear the Usage Data to clear out any orphaned sessions Dynamic for Finance and Operations for that user.
Clearing Use Data will result in the loss of all usage settings
Please contact TrueCommerce Support to confirm whether or not you should clear your usage data to solve a TrueCommerce processing issue.
Resetting Usage Data
Navigate: Gear (Icon) → User Options
Select: Usage Data
Select: Reset Usage Data
Select: This User Only
You will receive a warning informing you that this action cannot be undone. TrueCommerce is not responsible for any loss data.
