Product: Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
The TrueCommerce Extension is added into your Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations system as an installed module. You can check the version of any of your Extensions through the About window within Finance and Operations.
Checking the TrueCommerce Extension Version
You can grab your TrueCommerce Extension Version by accessing the Versions group within the About window by capturing the versioning associated with the TCEmbeddedEDI module.
Navigate: ? → About
Select: Version
Locate: TCEmbeddedEDI
You can capture a screenshot of this entire page providing the Product Version, Platform Version, and TrueCommerce Extension version to TrueCommerce if requested
