Product: Transaction Manager
Issue: When attempting to perform an Import or an Export from Transaction Manager you receive the error 'There was no Integration Service ID identified. Please set the Integration Service ID in the Integration Settings.'
Reason: The Service ID within the Integration Settings is blank.
Note: This can often happen due to clearing your browser's cache even if the Service ID was set previously
Solution - Set the Service ID
You will want to set the Service ID within the Integration Settings for Transaction Manager either by copying your Service ID from the Integration Service installed on your machine, or by setting it from the Scheduler Machine if you do not have the Integration Service installed.
