AMP: Who is my Implementation Specialist?

Are you in the process of trying to setup a new Trading Partner? Were you in the middle of testing or setting up a new Trading Partner, and the project got delayed for some reason? Either way, for questions regarding open projects, you'll want to contact your assigned Implementation Specialist.

If your organization is still being actively implemented with TrueCommerce, you will have an assigned Implementation Specialist that oversees your onboarding and helps to ensure you and your organization receives the appropriate training. You should know who this assigned Implementation Specialist is if you are still being engaged.

However, if you are not sure, you can check active projects with our team in the Account Management Portal Projects section.

  1. Click the Navigation Menu Icon in the upper left hand corner.

  2. Under Account Management, click Projects.

  3. In this view, you'll see the project name, the specialist assigned to work with you, and the status of the project.

If you have a project marked as On Hold and you're ready to proceed with testing, submit a case with our Support team to have the project reopened and assigned to an Implementation Specialist.

NOTE:

You can also ACTIVATE new projects in this section of the Account Management Portal. Projects will be not be started until the activation process has been completed.
