Premium Onboarding may be considered as an option when onboarding multiple trading partners with TrueCommerce. In addition to the support already provided when implementing a partner through the TrueCommerce Add-on team, Premium Onboarding includes extra layers of assistance for an additional charge.
IMPORTANT: The Premium Onboarding service does NOT guarantee a quicker implementation time, but rather further assistance in managing multiple open projects.
Premium Onboarding is optional but recommended if you are purchasing 3 to 5 trading partners with TrueCommerce. If you are purchasing more than 6 partners, the service will be included in your sale.
Premium Onboarding Offerings
Dedicated Implementation Specialist
A dedicated TrueCommerce Implementation Specialist will be assigned for up to five projects at once. If more than five projects need to be started simultaneously, a second Implementation Specialist can be assigned for up to an additional five projects, and so on, to a total maximum of 15.
Alternatively, if there is a larger scope, TrueCommerce can work in phases to suit your needs.
In any case, you will have a contact(s) who will become familiar with your business and business needs as you work through your project scope with less need to repeat or explain again.
Weekly Status Calls
Weekly status calls will be offered for all customers that purchase Premium Onboarding to assist you in keeping your projects on track. Your TrueCommerce specialist will review your project plan with you to ensure implementations are moving along efficiently. Part of the call will be reserved for review of any open cases or issues and assigning action items to either your company or TrueCommerce.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Premium Onboarding expedite setups? | As noted above, TrueCommerce would NOT guarantee that if you purchase a larger number of partners and Premium Onboarding that the setups would be expedited. However, there is an added layer of service that would allow for status calls once a week for the Implementation Specialist to review action items to keep the project progressing. During these calls, the Specialist can review action items and a project plan. This helps to keep all parties on track and bring awareness to action items that could slip if otherwise not utilized. Premium Onboarding is used to ensure deliverables are completed and all parties understand who owns each action item. |
How would status calls occur if Premium Onboarding is split among multiple Implementation Specialists? | Implementation Specialists are trained to coordinate with each other and reach out to our customers to discuss. They would speak to you and see if you desire to have two separate status calls; one with each Specialist. Or, if you prefer, they could arrange one status call to cover all projects and both Specialists would attend that call. TrueCommerce leaves this up to you and what is best for your business. After discussion, our team would work on what course you would like to take. Not all customers may have 5 partners to onboard at a given time or be ready to onboard more than 5 partners at a time, either. If this is discovered, we can easily pull another partner from the list to work with them. |
What if I do not have three projects now to implement? | Premium Onboarding is more successful with larger engagements. It is designed to help customers manage many partner implementations at once, and the value would not be fully realized with fewer projects. |
