Follow these steps to capture a signature and update an order status from "ready" to "picked up" inside Engage:

1. On the iPad, inside Engage, click on the customer identification icon at the top.
2. Identify the Customer by entering their name, email address, or phone number.
3. Select the appropriate customer from the search results.
4. Click on the Orders tab.
5. Select 'Ready for Pickup'.
6. Tap "Select Orders for Pickup".
7. Tap the appropriate radio button below then select "Sign for All Orders".
8. Allow the customer to sign their name on the iPad screen and tap "Save Signature" in the bottom right of the screen.
