Trading Partner: Bealls Dropship
EDI IDs
Bealls Dropship utilizes the following Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) IDs for identification purposes. These EDI IDs are made up of a Qualifier and an ID which will be sent within their Interchange Control Header, ISA segment, on your inbound transactions. This allows Transaction Manager to be able to identify the Sender and Receiver of any sent/received EDI transaction.
The table, below, lists the most common EDI IDs used by Bealls Dropship.

Bealls Dropship will expect a specific EDI ID based on your business relationship with them. Selecting the wrong EDI ID will result in EDI Transactions not being sent or received.
You will need to work with Bealls Dropship to determine the proper EDI ID to use.
Preliminary Steps
Prior to beginning the EDI Setup for Bealls Dropship, each vendor will be required to schedule time with the EDI team at Bealls Dropship. During this initial call, the scope of transactions and requirements will be reviewed. After the call, an admin account for EDICT systems will be created. EDICT systems is the third-party testing portal that hosts the EDI testing.
Portal Testing
Bealls Dropship requires you to complete compliance testing before Go-Live. Please refer to the Next Steps section in this article for detailed instructions and expectations. If you prefer, TrueCommerce can conduct and complete compliance testing on your behalf, in which case you will need to provide the following information:
URL for the OpenText testing portal
Username for the OpenText testing portal
Password for the OpenText testing portal

The EDI 753 and EDI 754 are optional transactions but will become mandatory in the future.
