During your Add-On Implementation you will be assigned an Implementation Specialist who will act as your primary contact throughout the project who will manage communication directly with you throughout and will ensure all issues that need to be escalated are done so in a timely manner.

However - should an issue or question arise that you would prefer to have address directly by a member of the TrueCommerce Leadership and Management team such as a critical issue, dissatisfaction of results, or simply your Implementation Specialist is out of office you can reach out directly to the Management Team through email via: [email protected]

​ The Leadership Team will review your issue as quickly as possible and will help to address your concern in a timely manner. Their goal is to address your concerns and resolve any issues to be able to move forward with the implementation as diligently as possible.
