At times, it may be necessary to update your credit card information to ensure uninterrupted access to your services within the TrueCommerce Foundry platform. Whether your card has expired or been replaced, or if you simply want to switch to a different payment method, there is always a secure and straightforward way to submit updates.
How to Update Your Credit Card Information
Credit card information generated within the TrueCommerce Foundry platform can be easily updated with following simple steps.
1. From the Foundry platform Menu, select Account Management > Billing > Payment Information. This will launch the workspace where you can update your credit card information.
NOTE: Not seeing the Billing menu option? Chances are you just need your permissions adjusted. Your administrator will need to add the Billing permission to your account.
2. Under the Credit Card section, click the Request Secure Form button.
This will prompt an automated email to be sent to the email address associated with your account.
3. Check your email for a link to the secure form where you can enter your updated credit card information.
4. Once you access the form, carefully complete it with your new details and submit it as instructed.
NOTE
Should you wish to update your email address, navigate to Settings > My Profile > General.
Always ensure you are accessing the secure form via the link provided in the email. This helps protect your sensitive payment information.
