Product(s): Foundry platform

NOTE: If Google Chrome is NOT set to auto-update on your computer, you can CLICK HERE to learn the steps provided by Google on how to perform the update.

With the recent Google Chrome web browser update to version 142.0.7444.60 (Official Build, 64-bit), and if Chrome is set to automatically update on your computer, a new prompt will display when you attempt to log in to the TrueCommerce Foundry platform for the first time since this change.

To end this prompt, click the Allow button so that you can access Foundry, its features and functions as you normally would.

If you click the Block button instead, you can change the prompt setting in the site options shown in the screenshot, below.

If you would like to view what version of Chrome you are using, click the three vertical dots in the top right of your browser (on the same level with the URL field), then select Help > About Google Chrome.

Should you encounter any challenges, submit a Support case by navigating to the Foundry Menu > Account Management > My Support Dashboard > New Support Case and follow the step-by-step instructions provided.
