Transaction Manager - Invalid row/column position

Product: Transaction Manager & Mapping Manager


Issue: When attempting to perform an Import/Export from Transaction Manager you receive the following error: 'Invalid row/column position'

Reason: A Field Definition configured within Mapping Manager has been deleted but still is currently mapped to an Import/Export Definition.

Solution - Remove the Token Mapping


If you have access to Mapping Manager you can simply unmap the offending Token to remove the error.

if you are unable to find the offending token, or do not have access you will need to submit a Support Ticket as this token may be referenced in an area not visible to Customer Modification.
