Product: Account Management Portal/Foundry

Inside of the Foundry Platform, the Account Management Portal is your one-stop-shop to submit your support tickets and manage existing tickets.

If you don't already have access to the portal, check out this article on how to ensure your account permissions are enabled.

To utilize the Account Management Portal:

  1. Click the Navigation Menu icon in the upper left hand corner.

  2. In the flyout window, click Account Management.

  3. Expand My Support Dashboard.

  4. Select New Support Case to submit a ticket. Click Review Cases to manage cases.
