Error: No entry for Customer ID xxx was found on EDI-agreement xxx.


Issue: When attempting to process an Inbound Message you receive the following error message 'No entry for Customer ID xxx was found on EDI-agreement xxx.'

Reason: The Sales Agreement configuration for this Customer is missing a Ship-To entry with the Customer ID filled out

Solution - Add the Customer ID No. to Ship-tos


Navigate: Departments β†’ TrueCommerce β†’ Administration β†’ EDI Sales Agreements

Edit: The associated Sales Agreement profile reported in the error

Expand: The Ship-tos group

Add: An entry with the Customer ID No. set to the Customer ID reported in the error
