Error: Description: Criteria error. Customers. Invalid Boolean
Issue: When selecting a Customer No. from within the Edit EDI Shipments section under the O/E Transactions module you receive the error: 'Description: Criteria error. Customers. Invalid Boolean'
Reason: The Customer Number you selected has a space within it which causes issues with the EDI Edit Shipment ability to run properly.
Solution - Remove Spaces from A/R Customer
Unfortunately spaces are not supported within the Customer No and will need to be removed
Correcting this would be outside of the TrueCommerce scope - as you'll need to work with your VAR/System Admin to correct the A/R Customer record
