Error: The record is in use by another user. (FieldName: SalesOrderNo$ Value: xxx)

Issue: When attempting to export out an order from Transaction Manager into Sage 100 you receive the error 'The record is in use by another user. (FieldName: SalesOrderNo$ Value: xxx)'

Reason: The Document you are trying to update within Sage 100 is already open - have all users exit it as Transaction Manager cannot update an existing Document if it's currently open

You'll need to have any user who is using Sage 100 to exit out of the document that Transaction Manager is attempting to update.
