Error: ExecuteReader requires an open and available Connection. The connection's current state is closed.
Issue: Whenever attempting to Import/Export or Sync to Sage 100 - you receive the error message 'ExecuteReader requires an open and available Connection. The connection's current state is closed.'
Reason: This is due to a missing Sage 100 TrueCommerce Add-On/Module for the Workstation - you'll need to install this module to complete the Integration Connection between Transaction Manager and Sage 100
Solution - Run the Sage 100 Setup
You'll want to install the setup.exe file provided with the Integration Service download (or download it manually) to properly get the TrueCommerce module for Sage 100 installed.
To install the module - you can follow the below instructions
Note: You will need Administrative privileges for this installation to complete properly - please ensure you're logged in as a Local Admin prior to running the installation.
