Are you attempting to export files from your Transactions Inbox in Transaction Manager but receiving the following error?
Good news! There is a way to resolve this error; but first, you will need to find out where the defined Export directory is located on your computer.
1. From the Foundry platform primary navigation menu, select Transaction Manager > Business System:
2. On the Business System Setup page, select your company business system:
3. On the Business System Company Setup page, select the path defined in the Export Path field, then copy it to your clipboard:
4. From your computer’s field in your system tray, enter File Explorer, then open it:
5. Paste the location from Step #3 into the directory path in File Explorer.
