Error: The Sales Order is already fully invoiced. No new invoices can be created from this Sales Order.

Issue: When attempting export out an inbound Warehouse Shipping Advice (945) from Warehouse or 3PL you receive the following error: 'The Sales Order is already fully invoiced. No new invoices can be created from this Sales Order.'

Reason: Your Sales Order within QuickBooks has been fulfilled completely, with the Quantity Ordered now marked as Invoiced and CLSD.

You'll need to go inside QuickBooks and correct your Sales Order either by deleting any Invoices or correcting the Ordered vs Invoiced quantity.

You'll also need to make sure the CLSD (Closed) column is unchecked.
