Product: Dynamics GP (Standard & Advance)

Error: Primary Ship to address ID (PRSTADCD) does not exist in the RM00102 Table

Issue: Whenever attempting to export from Transaction Manager into Dynamics GP - you receive the error "Primary Ship to address ID (PRSTADCD) does not exist in the RM00102 Table"

Reason: The Ship-To code being sent across from the Trading Partner does not have a match within your Dynamics GP setup.

The Quick Fix

Solution 1: Use the Address Table to translate your Ship To code into a value that is valid within your Dynamics GP Ship-To list.

Navigate: Trading Partners → (Partner) → Translations → Address List

Fill Out: EDI Code (Incoming code from Partner) & Bus Sys Code (Dynamics GP Code) - set Type to Store if the code on the 850 is in the Store field, DC if in the Distribution Center field

Solution 2: Add the new Customer Address card for the new location within Dynamics GP

Navigate: Cards → Sales → Customer → (Customer) → Ship-To (magnifying glass) → New

Note: The Address ID is what must match what is sent over from Transaction Manager, whether through a translation (Address Table) or by directly what the partner sends
