Error: The field Ship-to Code of table Sales Header contains a value (xxxx) that cannot be found in the related table (Ship-to Address)

Issue: When exporting an inbound Purchase Order (850) from a Trading Partner you receive the error 'The field Ship-to Code of table Sales Header contains a value (xxxx) that cannot be found in the related table (Ship-to Address)'

Reason: The provided Ship To code is missing from your Customer Card within Dynamics Business Central

You'll need to add a translation for the Ship To code provided by your Trading Partner with a code that exists within Dynamics 365 Business Central. Be sure to add the code into Dynamics 365 Business Central if it does not exist already, otherwise you can use the Address List to convert your partner's code into a code that's within Dynamics 365 Business Central

Navigate (TM): Trading Partners → (Partner) → Translations → Address List

Add: EDI Code (with your Trading Partner number) & Bus Sys Code with your Business Central code
