There is no setting in the Order Management System (OMS) to toggle from always onscreen cart to collapsible cart or vice versa. Rather, this is in the layout code and will require work from our design engineering team. It's not usually a big job, but it takes a developer.

To make this or other layout design changes, please contact your Account Manager or Support as applicable (contact information can be found at the top of the Settings section in your OMS) for help.
