Change Your Password

You can edit/change your password at any time using the steps below.

1. Click on your user name in the top right corner of the header bar.
2. Select My Profile.
3. Select Change Password.
4. Enter your old password and new password as required.

5. Click Change.

6. Coming with Foundry Platform release 2.5, at this point you will go through the Multi-Factor Authentication process.

7. Once you click Change, your new password takes effect.

Forgot Your Password

1. From the login page, click the Forgot your password? link.

2. Enter your email address and the tenant and click Reset Password.

3. You will be asked to answer one of the security questions you set up previously.

4. Type in your answer and click Reset Password.

5. Coming with Foundry Platform release 2.5, at this point you will go through the Multi-Factor Authentication process. Then you will receive an email containing a temporary password.

6. Once you've received the email, copy the temporary password and go back into Foundry.

7. Click Back or refresh the Sign In page.

8. Paste the temporary password into the password field.

9. Enter your tenant.

10. Click Login.

11. The Change Password screen appears. Enter your temp password in the Old Password field and then enter your new password twice and click Change.
