TrueCommerce’s Foundry platform recommends that your new password follow these guidelines:
• Minimum 12 characters long
• Minimum 1 digit
• Minimum 1 lowercase character
• Minimum 1 uppercase character
• Minimum 1 special character
This is the system default minimum password policy. Your company’s requirements might vary. It can be made stricter at your request.
It’s possible your current password doesn’t meet these requirements but next time you change your password, these requirements will be enforced. You will see an error similar to this:
