Your Nexternal Order Management System (OMS) provides you with an internal ordering system (back office) through which you can manually place orders you’ve received via phone, fax, email, or another channel, or through which you may import new orders in bulk.

You may import new orders in bulk with a spreadsheet. This functionality comes in handy when, for example, you need to upload multiple holiday gift orders from a corporate client. For detailed instructions, download this Guide.
