If you're attempting the ship export function to FedEx or UPS, and get an "error while performing TxnShippingExport" error, this is fairly common.
This error typically means the browser has lost connection to the Integration Service. This error can almost always be fixed by restarting the browser.
If the error continues, contact TrueCommerce Support.
