If you have an issue or question specific to the Nexternal Order Management System (OMS), you may look up the answer in our extensive support materials or reach out to the Support team directly:

  • If you use the Nexternal standalone platform, consult the Training Center from within the Nexternal OMS; if you access Nexternal from within Foundry, you may access the same materials through the Support Center accessed through the ? in the upper left;

  • Search the Help Desk Q&A database from within the Nexternal OMS;

  • Open a Support ticket through the Help Desk from within the Nexternal OMS;

  • Contact your Dedicated Account Manager if you have one (The contact information is at the top of the Settings section in your OMS); or

  • Contact General Support via telephone at 1.888.430.4489, select option 3, then select option 2.
