If you have an issue or question specific to the Nexternal Order Management System (OMS), you may look up the answer in our extensive support materials, or reach out to the Support team directly:
- If you use the Nexternal standalone platform, consult the Training Center from within the Nexternal OMS; if you access Nexternal from within Foundry, you may access the same materials through the Support Center;
- Search the Help Desk Q& A database from within the Nexternal OMS;
- Open a Support Ticket through the Help Desk from within the Nexternal OMS;
- Contact your Dedicated Account Manager if you have one (contact info at the top of the Settings section in your OMS); or
- Contact General Support via telephone - call 888-430-4489, select option 3, then select option 4.
