So, maybe you've just purchased the packing list for a Trading Partner, and you're trying to print for the first time. Maybe you've been able to print without issues in the past. Either way, if nothing is happening when you click Print Packing List, it could be one of two reasons:

  1. Check your pop-up blocker. The packing lists appear as a PDF file, so if you're pop-up blocker is on, this will prevent the packing list from generating.
  2. Try clearing your cache.
