Are you trying to print a packing list and getting the error below?

Packing lists must be purchased on a Trading Partner by Trading Partner basis. If you don't currently own a specific packing list template, you'll receive the error indicated.

Contact your Account Manager to get the packing list added to your account. Not sure who your Account Manager is? Contact your assigned Implementation Specialist if you're testing a new partner or TrueCommerce Support.
