Transaction Manager: Packing List Printing Error

What to do if you're getting an error saying, "you did not purchase the packing list".

Are you trying to print a packing list and getting an error saying that you did not purchase the list?

Packing lists must be purchased on a Trading Partner by Trading Partner basis. If you don't currently own a specific packing list template, you'll receive the error indicated.

Contact your Client Manager to get the packing list added to your account.
