Product: Transaction Manager

If you need to add a new Trading Partner or business connection, you’ll want to contact TrueCommerce ASAP. You can now submit a request to add a new partner through the Account Management Portal.

To submit a request:

  1. From the Account Management > Administration menu, select Buy Add-Ons.

  2. Under the Display Settings, select the checkbox to allow hiding plugins.

  3. Fill out the form in the main window.

    • In the Product dropdown, select Trading Partner (Add a Trading Partner).

    • In the Name or Type of Product space, provide as much information as you can, including the name of the business connection, their EDI ID if you have it, whether you have been in contact with this new connection, etc.

What Happens Next?

The request is handled by your Account Manager. They will reach out to you with a quote for having the plugin added to your account. Once the plugin is added, you’ll be assigned work with an Implementation Specialist to complete any required setup and testing.

If you know that labels or packing lists are required for this relationship, be sure to let your Account Manager / Implementation Specialist know right away.

What if the Trading Partner isn’t Active on the TrueCommerce Network?

If we determine that the partner you need to do business with isn’t currently on our network, the TrueCommerce Trading Partner Services and Mapping teams will work with your new business connection to get them set up and ready for exchanging data. Once that process is completed, you’ll work with your assigned Implementation Specialist to complete any required testing.

Navigate to Account Management in Foundry or contact TrueCommerce Support if you have additional questions!
