So, let’s say you receive an 820 Payment Order Remittance Advice from one of your trading partners, a transaction that states that an Invoice was received, and you’d like to receive this transaction from another trading partner. While TrueCommerce can deliver transactions between you and your business connections, you’ll need to communicate directly with them to see if they are willing to send this transaction to you.

Should they agree, contact TrueCommerce to make sure the transaction is mapped and ready to go. If the trading partner provides you with mapping specifications for the requested transaction, provide the documentation to TrueCommerce. There is no extra charge for adding another transaction to your trading relationship.
